Ruby Luy Nesnia is a morena beauty from 769 Purok 5 Sta. Isabel Dipolog City. Twenty-two years of age, born on November 22, 1982, a daughter of Lucita Luy and Antonino Nesnia. She stands 5’5” tall, weighing 120 lbs with a vital statistics of 33-26-33.

Being atypical Filipina, she loves to cook during her free time. She also has a God given talent in dancing and being a graduate of BS Education, Ruby sees to it that she could spend a lot of time reading books and novels.

Ruby loves children so much, so if given a chance to be the Mutya sa Dipolog 2005, she will devote most of her time during her reign in doing projects beneficial to the street children and other unfortunate individual as well.
