Helen Louis Aznar, 19 years old, a brown eyes mistisa (no wonder most of the people calls her “Tisay”), she resides at Malvar Street, Barangay Estaka, Dipolog City.

Tisay was born on May 10, 1985, a daughter of Maricel Aznar and Helmuth James Steven. She is the tallest among the twelve candidates; she stands 5’6’ tall, weighing 104 lbs with a vital statistics of 30-24-34.

She also has a good touch in musical instruments such as, keyboard and base guitar being a singer and a band member in an all female band of Dipolog City. At her early age, she became the Miss Young Caloocan 2^nd Runner Up.

If she will be given a chance to view her ideas in the City Tourism Council as the next Mutya sa Dipolog 2005, she would like to help the youth of Dipolog to have an environmental awareness in order to keep the city clean and attract more and more tourists.
